Hi! I'm Ryan, your coach.

Following 15 years of leadership in the arts & culture nonprofit and public service sectors,  I took a leap! I decided that I was ready to spend more of my time doing more of what I love - creating direct and positive impacts in the lives of other people! 

With roles ranging from program development and management, to fundraising and executive leadership, my work has included managing large teams, multi-million dollar annual budgets, and opportunities to create new organizational visions and then bring them to life. 

At the root of all of this work are people. Beautiful, talented people. People who, too often, are completely burned out. People who are finding it difficult to manage through their work because life is getting in the way. Or, people who care deeply about what they are doing, but also want more from their life - because they deserve that!
