Why FOURward Bound?
I am a professional life coach and long-time student of the enneagram. I work with a wide range of clients including mid-career professionals who are ready to spend more of their time doing what they love most. I help them connect passion with purpose to lead high impact and personally meaningful careers. My speciality is working with those in the creative, nonprofit, and public service sectors.

"FOURWARD" is inspired by:
- My own enneagram "type" - Type 4, which is grounded in a search for authenticity and unique purpose in the world.
- A coaching methodology that generally includes clients working on 4 key focus areas in between each of our sessions.
- An acknowledgement that our work together, whether centered around the enneagram, life coaching, or a combination of the two - is all about moving forward in the direction of your goals, dreams, and the experience of a more full and complete self.
